You can also head to online.graciebarra.com every Sunday to get ahead of your training for the week. If you are the type of person who likes to prepare ahead of time, then you can. Conversely, if you like to follow up after a class with something you didn’t fully understand, you have a pocket instructor available to help.

No matter where you are on your Jiu-Jitsu journey, GBO can help. But it becomes particularly helpful in those early in the journey to accelerate your learning curve.
